Solution:IBM RSA (Rational Software Architect) 7.5.4 integrates with Maven.

Because IBM RSA 7.5.4 does not include Maven ,so we need install it manually .

But IBM RSA 7.5.4 is based on Eclipse 3.4.2 ,current Eclipse Maven plugin

m2eclipse (http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org)   is compatible with Eclipse 3.5.2 and 3.6.1.

The solution:

install m2eclipse 0.9.8,download it from

http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/archives/0.9.8.200905041413.zip,

unzip it to a directory ,

Then open RSA ,help->software updates–>add site->select the location of the directory

only installs the required bundle.
